As we are nearby and available rapidly, we can bridge the distance between you and your second home in Knokke. In this way, we can guarantee immediate peace of mind! Choose from our three levels of membership: Comfort, Premium and Exclusive. You can choose how often we visit and what you would like us to do for you.

All of the membership packages have the same basic services, but vary in terms of the frequency and flexibility. Our services include visits to check your property, a cleaning service, looking after your post, airing rooms, watering plants, taking meter readings, taking care of your keys, disposing of rubbish and sending you reports.

Property management

Once a month, we visit your property to carry out extensive checks on the premises. Then we email you a report.

Our team is ready from Monday to Friday to help with arranging repairs and maintenance work, deliveries of shopping or flowers, or to solve any problems.

You can request a one-off cleaning service by one of our housekeepers before or after your stay in Knokke.

Property & Lifestyle management

Every two weeks, we visit your property to carry out extensive checks on the premises. Then we email you a report.

We prepare a detailed Property Manual with all of the details about your property so that we can efficiently respond to any interventions. Our team is ready to help you from Monday to Saturday with a wide range of services.

Furthermore, we proactively manage your property with regular cleaning by our inhouse housekeepers, we contact and delegate to tradespeople, carry out extra checks in the event of stormy weather and much more. Our professional team takes care of your property right down to the very last detail.

You can also rely on us for lifestyle services. For instance, we can take care of restaurant reservations, arranging a private chef, etc.

Property & Lifestyle management

Your personal Property Manager visits your property every week and is always in close contact with you about the organisation of your stay in Knokke.

Using the Property Manual, we arrange for any necessary maintenance visits, contact suppliers, and receive deliveries. We are ready to help you 24/7 and we always make sure that everything is in perfect condition at all times thanks to your dedicated housekeeper.

Furthermore, let us know when you will arrive and we will arrange everything for you right down to the last detail. This includes everything from heating your swimming pool to delivering breakfast to your door or babysitting on Friday evenings. Just leave it all to us. We will arrange it and give you peace of mind. All you have to do is enjoy it!
