With summer approaching, we are looking for a motivated freelance administrative assistant to support our office!

Are you proactive, customer-oriented, and available from June to August 2025? Do you have an excellent command of both Dutch and French? Then we would love to have you on our team!

What will you do?

As a freelance administrative assistant, you will play a key role in the daily support of our team and the high-quality service we provide to our clients. Your tasks will be varied and include:

• Customer contact and support
• Management of administrative and operational tasks
• Coordination of services and appointments

You will be working in a friendly and dynamic environment where quality and customer focus are paramount.
