Front Office medewerker

Due to the launch of the new, prestigious project ‘Edition Zoute’ in which Conciërge Privé provides services for residents, we are looking for a Front Office Assistant.

The position

  • You will be the first point of contact for residents (telephone, email, or in person) and act as the calling card of Conciërge Privé. You will make a difference through your friendly and helpful attitude.
  • You will organise the requested service and will be responsible for communicating this to customers and suppliers in Dutch, French and English. This means that you will be in close contact with various suppliers. You will adhere to deadlines and agreements, and you will be prepared to go the extra mile where necessary.
  • You will use Conciërge Privé’s CRM system every day to accurately update the records about the services provided and requests.
  • You are hands-on and flexible. You like to visit customers, for instance to let a technician in to the property, or for an inspection visit. You will be frequently on the road and you will keep in contact with your colleagues by telephone.
  • You take your responsibilities seriously; you are discrete and you are always ready to help our customers.
  • You are proactive and with your colleagues you will anticipate potential questions or problems from customers.
  • You work closely with your colleagues to get the best results. Team work makes the dream work!
  • You will work 2 Saturdays per month. You will have one day off during the week in lieu of this time.

Your profile

  • You have an exceptionally good command of Dutch, French and English (both spoken and written).
  • You have an extremely good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You are committed to providing a service and you enjoy helping people.
  • You are hands-on and able to solve problems and you are also creative.
  • You are a team player who can also work independently and you enjoy taking initiative.
  • You have sufficient maturity and people management skills to shape and coordinate the day-to-day operational flow.
  • You have a few years’ experience in the service sector, for instance in hotels or office sales department, etc.
  • You want to work full-time, and also on Saturdays.
  • You are available immediately or in the near future.
