With Conciërge Privé, your second home is in careful hands. We visit your property at regular intervals, carry out checks, empty your letter box, water your plants and much more. Basically, we take any worries out of your hands. It’s an excellent way to quickly anticipate any potential problems.
Furthermore, you can rely on our professional cleaning service to keep your property spotless. We also look after repairs and upkeep, such as making arrangements with a handyman or arranging internet installation. After each visit you will receive a report with our findings and/or the current situation.

Concierge Service
When you’re not in your property, we take care of it as if it were our own. We draw up a Property Manual with you to regularly visit and carry out thorough checks. As your personal point of contact in Knokke, we also anticipate any problems (e.g. emptying gutters, bringing garden furniture inside before bad weather, etc.). All you need to do is tell us which services you would like us to carry out and when. After each visit we will email you a detailed report with our findings, so that you are up to date with everything.
Cleaning Service
